Our pharmacist's opinion
Why use Italian helichrysum essential oil?
Italian helichrysum essential oil has an unparalleled fibrinolytic action, that is to say it has the property of destroying small blood clots. It is also anticoagulant and promotes blood circulation. These virtues combined allow it to very effectively absorb bruises, hematomas and bruises. It is the ketones contained in the essential oil, and in particular italidione, which give it these exceptional anti-hematoma properties. When used internally, it is potentially neurotoxic because of the ketones it contains. It must therefore be used for very short periods of time, with the greatest caution and preferably under medical or pharmaceutical supervision. How to properly use Italian helichrysum essential oil?
